Join us for a nourishing late-summer day retreat at the beautiful Rockwater Secret Cove Resort & Spa. As summer begins to soften, this day invites you to slow down, savor, and soak it all in.
Your morning begins with an all-levels outdoor yoga class overlooking the ocean (9:00–10:30am), followed by refreshments from the resort. Spend the rest of your day at your own pace—rest by the pool, kayak along the coastline, or enjoy a gentle creative or community offering.
Limited to 12 participants, this intimate retreat is designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored, and glowing from within.
