The Sacred Spiral at Chaster House
July 27 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

A Sacred Spiral Summer Gathering
Join us for a soulful afternoon by the sea, where we return to wholeness through the sacred spiral of creation, movement, and devotion. Nestled on the grass by the beach at beautiful Chaster House, this special outdoor gathering invites you to reconnect with the natural rhythms of life and the deep wisdom of your own heart.
Together, we’ll weave a journey of:
Embodied Movement – Flow into a 60-minute movement practice with Laura. This nourishing, fluid Vinyasa practice is inspired by the elements to awaken your body’s innate intelligence. Stepping into the luminous, whole version of yourself- including here integration of divine masculin and feminine.
Mandala Creation – Begin with an opening circle, grounding meditation, and a short exploration of the mandala as a symbol of impermanence, devotion, and sacred geometry. Then, step into a co-creative process as we build a collective outdoor mandala with natural materials, honoring the spiral of life.
Mantra & Kirtan – Open your heart with Chelsea through simple, accessible chants and kirtan singing, creating a vibration of love, blessing, and unity.
Closing Reflection – We will gather in a gratitude circle, offering a collective prayer to nature, completing our spiral with devotion and blessing.
This workshop is designed to be nurturing, soulful, and accessible for all. No prior experience in yoga or chanting, is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to be moved.
Bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, sun protection, a dish to nourish and share and an offering from nature if you feel called (a flower, stone, or branch).
