Our Aerial Sessions run January through June
AERIAL SPROUTS 4-6
We invite your little ones to discover their bodies through a fun-filled program! Our age-appropriate activities include ground gymnastics, aerial hammock, and yoga. Through stretching, breathing exercises, and exciting games, kids will develop body awareness, strength, and balance.
AERIAL EXPLORERS 7-9
This class is perfect for kids building confidence in the hammock. Through playful movement, imaginative sequences, and skill-building games, students will explore basic poses, supported inversions, climbing techniques, and simple transitions in the air.
AERIAL FLYERS 7-13
Aerial Flyers focuses on mastering basic aerial skills, and will begin to introduce more complex shapes and transitions—all while encouraging personal expression, creativity, and flow. We’ll explore sequencing with a strong focus on mindful movement.
SKY DANCERS 10-15
For experienced youth aiming to elevate their skills. This series focuses on enhancing spatial awareness, refining technique, and mastering advanced movement sequences on the aerial hammock. Get ready to soar with confidence and grace! This class is by invitation only.
Spring & Summer Camps
Coast Flow Yoga Kids Spring & Summer Camps offer a thoughtfully designed experience for children, blending mindful movement, creative expression, and playful connection.
Each day includes yoga and gentle aerial exploration to support strength, coordination, and body awareness. We balance active play with moments of mindfulness and grounding, helping children develop focus, emotional regulation, and confidence. Curated art projects invite creativity and self-expression, giving kids space to explore, create, and unwind.
Our camps are a nurturing space where children can move, create, and connect — leaving each day happily tired, creatively fulfilled, and feeling good in their bodies.
