Andean Awakenings: A Sacred Pilgrimage to Peru
Step into the silence. Listen to the mountains. Remember who you are.
Beneath the towering peaks of the Andes, you are invited to step away from the noise of daily life and enter a space of deep listening — where the land, the temples, and your own heart become your teachers. Over nine nights at the Pachānanda Retreat Center in Cusco, and one night near Machu Picchu we will gather in a sacred community to move through blockages, open to messages from spirit, and remember the truth of who we are. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, ritual, and ceremony, you will soften into spacious silence and reconnect to your greater self.

Accommodations
Nestled in the heart of the Peruvian Andes, Pachānanda is the sacred retreat center where we’ll gather for our Peru journey. “Pacha” in Quechua means time-space, and “ānanda” in Sanskrit means spiritual bliss—together, Pachānanda is a space for blissful awakening. Rooted in the fusion of wisdom traditions from the Andes, India, and beyond, Pachānanda is dedicated to anchoring positive change in the world through community, practice, and remembrance of Oneness. Here, we come together to listen deeply, reconnect with the heart, and remember that we are not alone—we are co-creating a new vision for ourselves and the earth, a vision the founders call the New Age of Grace, or the New Earth. pachanandaretreatscusco.com

Your guide
This retreat will be lovingly guided by Chelsea Riley, the visionary founder of Coast Flow Yoga’s vibrant communities in Gibsons and Sechelt. Chelsea’s journey with yoga began in 2001, when she became one of the youngest certified Bikram yoga instructors. Her passion for movement led her to pursue a degree in aerial acrobatics from the National Circus School of Canada, launching a career as a professional aerialist touring internationally throughout her twenties.
Even through years on stage, Chelsea’s devotion to yoga never wavered. She deepened her practice at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and trained extensively in Bhakti Flow Yoga, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, health coaching, Thai massage, and breathwork. Today, as an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500), she blends these modalities into a heart-centered, soulful approach that empowers students to explore yoga as both a personal and spiritual path.
