FAQs

Aerial yoga brings yoga into suspension, allowing the body to find greater ease and more agility. The aerial element helps to change the body’s relationship to gravity. Aerial yoga focuses on supported release, and aids with balance as well as the integration of strength and flexibility. It also helps in developing spatial awareness, and physically supports students in moving further into their individual practice. This combination brings not only a deeper understanding of yoga, but also brings a playful energy into the yoga room. Aerial yoga is intended to be a ‘feel good’ experience and supports all ages, and all body types to build confidence.
