Join us for a vibrant midsummer day retreat at the beautiful Rockwater Secret Cove Resort & Spa. This is a day to move, play, and fully embrace the warmth and energy of the season.
We begin with an all-levels outdoor yoga class overlooking the ocean (9:00–10:30am), followed by refreshments from the resort. Afterward, settle into a day of connection and enjoyment—relax poolside, head out on the water in a kayak, and take part in a lighthearted creative or community experience.
With just 12 spots available, this intimate gathering offers space to feel energized, connected, and fully alive.
