Community Clothing Exchange
Refresh your wardrobe while giving your gently loved clothing a second life. Bring clean, gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories that you no longer wear, and discover new treasures shared by others in our community. Whether you find something new to love or simply enjoy connecting with friends over tea, everyone is welcome.
Please bring only items that are clean and in excellent condition.
🌸 Neighbour Gratitude Project
After the clothing exchange, we invite you to stay for a special community project. Our Coast Flow community is fortunate to share our neighbourhood with wonderful neighbours who graciously welcome the extra cars and activity that come with a busy yoga studio. We’d love to take a moment to thank them. Together we’ll enjoy tea, create small bouquets, and write heartfelt notes of appreciation for the families who share our block. A small team will then deliver these gifts to the nearby homes.
A simple act of kindness can make a neighbourhood feel more connected, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to give back.

- Clothing you’d love to pass along
- A reusable shopping bag
- If you have flowers blooming in your garden and would like to contribute a few stems, we’d be delighted to include them in our bouquets (completely optional).
