Anniversary Longtable Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey

Join us as we celebrate Coast Flow Sechelt’s third anniversary with an intimate evening of cacao, connection and sound.

We will begin gathered around one long table for a one-hour cacao ceremony—a time to slow down, connect and honour the community that has grown within these walls over the past three years.

Following the ceremony, we will move into a deeply restful one-hour sound journey featuring crystal bowls, gong, drumming, harmonium and other healing instruments. Settle in, receive and allow the sound to support rest, reflection and renewal.

This special anniversary gathering is limited to 22 people.
