Kundalini Yoga Night: Awakening the Serpent Energy

Join us for a powerful and intentional evening of Kundalini Yoga and sound, designed to awaken and elevate the dormant energy within.
We’ll begin with a guided Kundalini Yoga practice led by Melissa E., using breath, movement, mantra, and mudra to gently raise the snake energy—the primal life force known as Kundalini—from the base of the spine upward through the energetic body. This practice is both grounding and expansive, inviting clarity, vitality, and deep inner connection.
Following the movement practice, you’ll be guided into 30 minutes of Gong Yoga, where the vibrational power of the gong washes through the nervous system. The gong supports integration, deep rest, and altered states of awareness, allowing the energy cultivated in the practice to settle and harmonize on a cellular level.
