There are moments in life when we lose connection to our own aliveness — dimmed by stress, responsibility, self-doubt, burnout, overgiving, or the constant pressure to keep pushing forward. Over time, we can begin to contract, disconnect from our creativity, and forget the vitality, confidence, and inner light that naturally lives within us.
Remember Your Radiance is an invitation to gently return to yourself.
Through breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and sound, this 90-minute embodied experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic awakening, emotional release, and authentic expression. Together we’ll explore practices that cultivate readiness in the body, expand capacity, and create space for greater clarity, creativity, presence, and self-trust.
This is not about becoming someone new — it is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath stress, obligations, or disconnection.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, energized, grounded, open-hearted, inspired, or more deeply connected to your body and inner wisdom.

Drawing from rhythmic yogic practices, somatic awareness, meditation, and sound healing, this experience invites participants into a dynamic exploration of energy, presence, and inner resilience — not through force or performance, but through attunement and embodied awareness.
Together we will explore:
-Breath practices to energize, focus, and regulate the nervous system
-Repetitive movement and rhythmic sequences to build vitality, circulation, and internal awareness
-Mantra and sound as tools for concentration, resonance, and emotional expression
-Meditation and integration practices to support clarity, grounding, and connection
-Deep rest and sound immersion to allow the body and mind to integrate the experience
-Journal for self reflection with curated prompts
This offering is rooted in the understanding that the body holds innate wisdom and capacity for connection, creativity, and transformation. Rather than striving to “achieve” a particular state, participants are invited into curiosity, self-awareness, and choice — honoring their own experience throughout the practice.
This class may feel activating, empowering, cathartic, grounding, playful, or deeply restorative depending on what is present for each individual.
No previous experience is required. Modifications and invitations for self-pacing will be offered throughout.
