This somatic meditation uses mindful movement and breathwork to guide you through a process of emotional release. By consciously cycling through feelings, we help unburden the heart and mind. This is your invitation to set aside inhibitions, trust your body’s wisdom, and close with the deeply nurturing practice of an inner-self kindness meditation.
