A Light in the Shadows: Embracing Yourself Into Wholeness with Ross McKeachie

May 2 @ 1:00 pm - May 3 @ 6:00 pm

A Weekend Retreat for Self-Discovery & Integration

Come nourish your soul and reconnect with the deeper layers of yourself.

This two-day retreat lead by Ross McKeachie offers a gentle and supportive space to explore the parts of yourself that may have been ignored, hidden, or pushed aside. Through yogic and tantric practices, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, breath, emotions, and inner awareness so that greater clarity, compassion, and wholeness can emerge.

Yoga and Tantra offer powerful tools for self-inquiry, healing, and transformation. When practiced in a thoughtful and step-by-step way, they help us understand the connection between the many layers of our being — physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual.

Over the course of the weekend, you will be invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and gently explore the patterns and beliefs that shape your experience of life. The intention is not to “fix” yourself, but to cultivate greater awareness, acceptance, and integration so you can move through life with more freedom, grounding, and authenticity.

This retreat will be held in a safe and supportive container, with time for both personal reflection and shared connection within the group.

What to Expect

The weekend will include a blend of yogic and tantric practices, guided self-inquiry, contemplation, partner exercises, and group discussion.

Practices may include:

• Somatic Yoga to reconnect with the body, release held tension, and support nervous system regulation
• Pranayama (breathwork) to bring clarity to the mind and access deeper layers of awareness
• Mantra and Chanting as vibrational sound medicine to harmonize body, mind, and energy
• Silent Meditation to integrate the practices and rest in stillness
• Self-reflection and guided inquiry to explore patterns and beliefs
• Intention setting for healing and personal growth
• Dyad exercises where partners share and witness each other’s reflections in a supportive way
• Partner yogic healing practice using gentle touch and awareness of prana/energy (participants may come with a friend or be paired during the retreat)

The rhythm of the retreat will allow space for both meaningful inner work and moments of rest, nourishment, and connection.
