Yoga Flow Jams

Join Leah once a month for a themed yoga class featuring iconic tracks from different genres. From funky grooves to Pride anthems, hip hop beats, and soulful Lilith Fair classics, each night is a playful, feel-good experience. Dressing up for the theme is encouraged! Expect great music, a relaxed vibe, and a chance to move, laugh, and connect with community.
