The Yoga of Mindfulness

Yoga of Awareness
A nervous system-based workshop for when life feels like too much
Modern life asks a lot of us. Many people move through their days feeling rushed, overstimulated, disconnected, or simply exhausted.
Yoga of Awareness is a gentle, experiential workshop designed to help you understand and support your nervous system in practical ways.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how your body responds to stress — and how to work with it rather than against it.
What We’ll Explore
- How the nervous system responds to stress and overwhelm
- Common patterns like anxiety, shutdown, and over-functioning
- The physiology of regulation and why safety matters
- How awareness changes your capacity to respond
What to Expect
- Short, grounding awareness practices
- Simple somatic tools you can use in daily life
- A slow, accessible yoga flow to integrate what you notice
- Guided journaling and reflection
- Space for connection and optional sharing
- The workshop will be spacious, practical, and experiential.
You’ll Leave With:
- A clearer understanding of your nervous system patterns

- Greater capacity to feel emotions without becoming overwhelmed
- A more compassionate relationship with yourself
