Join Vimalasara for a Compassion Meditation Gently connecting with the tenderness within our hearts, we begin to heal the wounds of the past. Together, we will nurture ourselves, then extend compassion outward—to our friends, to strangers, and even to those with whom we experience conflict. Through the recitation of mantras, we awaken and deepen the compassion that lives within us. Accessible to all levels, no prior experience required.
