Step off the mat and into the air with our dynamic Aerial Fitness class — a playful, strength-building experience designed to challenge your body and energize your mind.
Using the aerial hammock, this 60-minute class focuses on building upper body strength, with short bursts of cardio woven throughout to elevate your heart rate and keep things fun and engaging. Expect a mix of strength drills, conditioning, and supported movements that help you feel both powerful and supported.
Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, moves through focused strength sequences and cardio intervals, and closes with a grounding stretch to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Whether you’re brand new to aerial or looking to expand your practice, this class offers a unique way to:
