Join us for a deeply restorative and immersive Sound Journey as we gather to honour the energy of the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year and a powerful turning point toward light, expansion, and inner clarity.
This year’s journey is guided by the theme: Illumination — Calling Your Light Forward.
At this peak moment of light, we are invited to gently turn inward and reflect:
What is ready to be seen? What is coming into full expression?
Guided by Chelsea, Catherine, Laura, and Miho, this special evening weaves together healing sound, subtle guidance, and intentional stillness. You’ll be supported into a meditative state through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other sacred instruments—allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open.
A short guided visualization will invite you to imagine yourself standing in full sunlight—seen, clear, and fully expressed in your truth. From this place, rather than releasing or letting go, you’ll be gently encouraged to receive—to welcome in the fullness of who you are becoming.
The energy of this evening is empowering, expansive, and heart-opening—a space to rest deeply while also connecting to the light within.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie down, and allow yourself to be held in sound and presence.
